At our workshop, Yoshinobu Sugi and Masachika Eto work together as professional Japanese sword polishers, carrying out traditional sword polishing on a daily basis.

Visitors are welcome to observe the polishing process during business hours.

We also offer related services, including the crafting of shirasaya (plain wooden scabbards) and habaki (blade collars).

We also display and offer Japanese swords and related items for sale at our workshop.

Most items are sold on a consignment basis.

We provide complimentary appraisals, so if you are considering selling your Japanese sword—whether through consignment or direct purchase—please feel free to visit us for a consultation.

Our business hours are flexible, so if you are traveling from a distance or plan to bring a Japanese sword or related item, we would appreciate it if you could contact us by phone in advance.

Although our English is limited, international visitors are always welcome. We will do our best to communicate and assist you.
